COLUMNS

Our Carrier Columns have High Strength Statically Made According to Resistance to Snow and Wind Load. All Carrier Columns And Anchor Profiles are Hot Dip Galvanized.

MAIN AND MIDDLE SHEAR SYSTEM

In our scissor design, it is designed in a special angle and form to prevent the overflow in rain and snow gutters and to transfer the moisture accumulated in the greenhouse to the condensation gutter by filtering from the drip.

We have developed high shear system by using Oval Profiles with Higher Inertia Moment Instead of Using Classical Pipe System by Considering International Norms by Making Static Evaluations to Ensure Equal Distribution of Load Distribution in our designed shear system. System, Plant Ropes, such as excess weight loads Scissors Spring Pipe Equal Distribution of the load will occur. In this way, the overall construction load is lightened.

Bolts – Nuts And Clips

All bolts and nuts used in the construction are 8.8 Bold quality and fiber nuts are used. Since the structural material is made of galvanized and steel, the clip bearings used in plastic and tulle assemblies are also made with steel special clips with the same characteristics as the greenhouse construction material. Thanks to this technique, the greenhouse structure of the plastic and tulle material is fixed to the greenhouse structure and the waterproofing and wind resistance capability of the greenhouse is excellent. Our clip bearings are produced by calculating the wind and clip bearing strengths to prevent the winding material from coming out of the bed.

Gutter System

The gutter system we use is very Crimean. Condensate Channel Design Supported with Additional Clips. Electro Galvanizing

It is a bright-looking chemical material which gives the hardness to the material which is galvanized by chemical alloys. Corrosion is faster than hot dip galvanizing.
